Fresh From the River Tern

Tern Farm Fishery started production as a trout table farm unit in 1976. The majority of the fish produced were marketed through the Birmingham wholesale fish market with the balance being sold locally to pubs and hotels. In the early 1980's production was gradually shifted into producing top quality larger trout for restocking.
